You will perform Account Reconciliation Tracking Tools (ARTT) related activities, including ARTT administration and account reconciliation quality review. You will also prepare balance sheet account reconciliations and Profit & Loss schedules for audit and tax. At month end close, you will rectify fallouts and BW errors, perform closed coordination and oversight, and ensure a smooth, effective and timely MEC.

You will perform US GAAP/Corporate reporting by preparing Profit & Loss, balance sheet with variance analysis, Balance Sheet Review (BSR) consolidation, royalties report, Business Fundamental Table (BFT) report, and annual lease commitment and currency survey submission.

You will also provide consultancy on processes, programs and projects, business analysis, forecasting and costs management, as well as ongoing training and communication to the Region and Country Finance team. You will play a critical role in ensuring that reporting and analyses are in line with the local legal and tax requirements, HP financial policies, procedures and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a financial or accounting environment.
  • Superior written and communication skills in Chinese and Japanese/Korean. English competency is a basic requirement.
  • Ability to interface, present and communicate successfully with all levels of management and large groups.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel formulas and macros, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience with Micro Control, ASK, SAP is an added advantage.
