Information Collection and Use
We collect the following personal information from you:

Information Related to Data Collected through the TalentBrew Platform
TMP Worldwide collects information under the direction of its clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes.
We collect information for our clients, if you are an applicant or potential applicant for employment by one of our clients or have otherwise requested to receive information from one of our clients and would no longer like to be contacted by that client, please contact the client that you interact with directly.
Service Provider, Sub-Processors/Onward Transfer
We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the provisions in this Policy regarding notice and choice and the service agreements with our Clients.
Access to Data Controlled by our Clients
We have no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data we process on behalf of our clients. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to our client (the data controller). If the client requests us to remove the data, we will respond to their request within thirty (30) business days.
We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our clients for as long as needed to provide services to our client. We will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
User Access and Choice
If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, amend, delete, or deactivate it by making the change on our member information page or by emailing our Customer Support at email@example.com. We will respond to your request to access personal information within thirty (30) days.
Opt-out Preferences - If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter(s), we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you. Out of respect for your privacy, you may choose to stop receiving our newsletter or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails or accessing the email preferences in your account settings page.

The security of your personal information submitted on the web and through the TalentBrew platform is important to us. When you enter sensitive information such as account passwords on forms, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
